When we say your people, we mean all of them, not just the executives, or managers, but everyone up to the very last individual contributor. Since you’ve come this far, read on to learn about our four core values. Who do we work with? People who align with our values.

Our core values are not just words we put on a wall. They are integrated into what we do, how we do it, and who we partner with. Our values guide how we make our day-to-day decisions. Because of this, we know the importance of value alignment from the very start.

At DORIS, inclusivity is paramount both internally and externally. We know we don’t know everything, and the solutions to complex problems lie in the minds of the people we work with. Ultimately, people don’t care about what we know until they know we care, and we believe that starts with listening.

We are smart, and we know it, with the pedigree to show it. However, it does not matter what we know if we can’t communicate it in a way everyone can relate to and understand. The intersection of intellect and wit is what makes us approachable. Playfulness does not undermine our expertise.

Ambiguity + Grit

DORIS is confident in the face of uncertainty. We do not know how everything works, but we will show up with tenacity to figure it out.

We LOVE our clients and have worked with many different groups over the last decade. Our clients range from Fortune 100 companies to small start-ups and everyone in between. In that time, we’ve always been dedicated to maintaining their privacy. We treat them all the same, and we don’t put their names on our website. 

We understand the problems we’re solving take a great deal of trust to share with us, so we don’t share them with anyone. However, to get a sense of the work we do, scroll down to read redacted research from common industries we serve.

I worked at a previous firm and they moved workspaces too. That process was… well, we were not involved. It felt very different with DORIS, open to wanting feedback and hearing from everyone, not just certain individuals. That set it apart for me; everybody’s voice was important.
